yes, magbabago na ako!

i am a creature of habit, i admit that fact, like before when i was still studying in DLSU, mac and cheese/ iced tea every break time, nung 3rd year na ako, i had the pesto chicken with rice an dumpling, then graduating, aristo sisig na. when i had my first year in UST, every lunch i ask yaya to buy me 2 packs of fried squid from ERSAO for lunch, and a watermelon shake for 3 months.

i can remember a specific part of my life with a certain food. GASSO, when i crave for chicken joy, i eat it for 3 days straight. or if i wanted to go to the multi-tasking manang for fried liempo or chicken with veggie. it happens to me here as well, i craved for char kway teow, that oily black/brown noodle, i ate it for lunch for 4 days, craved for ban mien, ate it for 3 days too. chicken and duck rice, 4 days straight.

thats why i want to go to the mixed rice stall, where i can chose whatever ulam i want, pwedeng fish, pork, tofu, kangkong, etc at least may variety, at atleast may gulay.

i don't really eat a lot of fruits, thats why i usually take papaya shake or OJ in the morning, but now, i am inspired to take heaps of fruits, as part of my daily intake. i am trying to live my life healthily, and try to lose weight at the same time. but i promise to eat healthiliy first and foremost. i'd take lots of water, and less starbucks and cookies, and cakes, and etc. basta!

mixed fuits, papaya, watermelon and melon.. eto na ang pinaka-kinakain kong fruits. so one serving of each in the morning, hopefully to keep me up until early afternoon.

ay. i can SO relate to the food habit. remember the time mel and i ate at som's for two weeks straight?!

im eating fruits narin anton and hopefully lots of water also. kulang kasi ako sa fiber. at naging constipated pa ako for a time (kadiri noh). we're not getting any younger na din kaya we have to stay fit and healthy.

ako din.. i need tons of water, kasi nakakalimutan ko with starbucks, coke lite, and etc. hahaha!

buti na lang, i can buy fruits here na hiwa na, so i just pay for it.. $1 for a slice of any.

tomorrow, i will try kiwi naman! parati na lang kasing melon, watermelon and papaya.

i tried that water therapy. kaso nag-back fire ata. haha. my plan was to drink a glass every hour here at the office. para ma-complete ko yung 8 glasses a day minimum. thing is, inabutan ako ng major weewee urge sa gitna ng skyway! traffic pa naman. ang chakit ha...

hay naku anton, ever since Carag got diagnosed with high blood, kami ni Julia have a daily dose of fruits. yun nalang pinapapak namin. plus i still do my 4 liters of water while @ the office thing. naging conscious to NOT be high blood. shet signs of katandaan!

well good for you.. i am trying to discover fruits na masarap. haha!

water - yeah, but i cant let go of coke lite. 2 cans a day at max.

im also thinking about trying the GM diet... pag sinipag ako!
