conversations with MD

since this blog is on the topic of conversations, our ECD/MD asked me in his room early this morning, so i kinda feel that it is on the topic of me leaving. so here's how it went..

"i just want to tell you that i appreciate all the help that you have given us for the past months.. i understand why you wanted to leave crush, things weren't just fast enough.. anyway, i wanted to talk to you now, because i will be away for 2 weeks, and when am back, you will be away already.. so thanks a lot."

i just said, thank you. i don't want to say anything more, or reason out why i wanted to leave. i appreciate the fact that he understood where i was coming from. even though for him, it might seem that help isn't coming along, or progress isn't really happening on my end.

i am happy we had this small-talk, kasi at least alam ko na vinalue naman nila ako. actually, alam ko na yon when i first attempted to resign, and joui just stopped me and addressed all of my concerns. so, i am happy to leave CRUSH in that way.

i told kevin poh, about this over messenger... anyway, i tell kevin poh a lot of things, he is one of my closest friends here in CRUSH, i must say. i told him when i did the interview, told him about me wanting to leave and explore, asked for his advice whether i should take it or not, actually sabe nya, its a no brainer and that i should take it. he even knows my pay!!! only few people know how much am getting, actually siya lang dito sa office.

Anton lim: cause he was saying wer might not see each other anymore...
Anton lim: he is gonna be out next week and i will be out on christmas week
