CUTE CUPCAKES

had dinner with carmen, ting, liza and rebecca yesterday, since it was carmen's last day in my previous office. she told me that she brought donuts as farewell present to the staff. i remember kelly bringin in polar pastries, and ivy making muffins when it was their last days too.

so when it was my turn, i actually gave it a bit more thought and class. haha! NOOO. i just really wanted to try chris pantry's cupcakes, so i thought.. hell, this is the perfect opportunity. i just ordered the mini though, since it is kinda EX(pensive), regular cupcakes are at $3, and mini's are at $1.50. i ordered 2 dozens - 12 chocolate, 12 vanilla, but all lemon cream cheese frosting. i loved the frostings though to bits and pieces.

some are topped with sprinkles, chocolate kisses, candies and heart shaped edible thing. i dont know what you call that.


funny though, here was a conversation with carmen, since the 3 of them are late during dinner.

"when you were leaving the office, were you crying?" carmen asked.

"i'll be honest, i almost, but still was able to control it.." me.

"yeah, i kinda feel it cause you were sniffling..." - carmen

"yeah, i walked out so fast, cause ting was crying, i saw your eyes are turning red, and rebecca was getting it too, so i made sure i was out of the office before anything else happens.." - me

its really funny looking back at it. but i somehow saved myself from all the embarassment, lesson learned from FAT MICHAEL's experience. anyway, all of us agreed that eventhough it was like a hell-hole, it was truly an awesome experience since we all met each other in there, and that is where friendship truly lies.
