back to reality

so i guess its back to reality. may hangover pa ako from last weeks trip back home. pero such is life.. move on and enjoy it while it last. just thinking out loud, i have always said that i want to enjoy the ride, and the question is, am i really enjoying it here?! well, the answes is i dont know. hindi naman ako super lungkot dito, and i defintely dont feel lonely naman. hindi ko lang alam bakit sa tinggin ko di ko siya na-eenjoy. bakit nga ba? sana may magsabi sa akin ng sagot.. sana ganon lang kadali yon.

anyways, ayaw ko ng pukpukin ang sarili ko sa kakaisip, kung di ko rin naman siya masosolusyonan. just stick it out, and hope i feel better.

anyway, marj is coming here on tuesday. i just booked her ticket yesterday, ganon ka impulsive ang babaeng yon. HAHA! but i am looking forward to seeing achi once more. teka, bakit nga ba marj tawag ko sa kanya. haha! anyway, ill be touring her around, para di naman siya masyadong ma-bother, whatever it is thats bothering her. so friends, who's next na magvisist sakin? cant wait. actually, looking back, a lot of people have visited na, bon, lester, now achi.. ang ratio is 1 person per month.

SUSHI TEI (www.sushitei.com.sg) is officially my fave restaurant here is SG. its the same concept as SAKAE SUSHI, pero mas okay lang dun. anyway, i hope i can feature it next week since pinadala ko kay marj ang digicam. HAHAHA! hey paulo since tayong dalawa lang naman ang umaatupag sa pagkain parate, pag pumunta ka dito, kain tayo dun. i'm sure mag enjoy ka, i am not sure kung matatalbugan lang niya ang BLUE RIBBON mo.

Part 3.2

Okay, so i have uploaded the pictures i chose already. This last one would be our trip to Tagaytay. It was fun and ang ganda ng kasi ng panahon. Malamig na ang simoy ng hanggin, plants and fruits all over, pag nature tripping, especially when we went pa sa bag of beans for coffee and dessert.

Breakfast @ Antonio's was as usual very good, though i want to try Sonya's garden naman next time and Fat Cheena's.. okay next time na nga lang talaga. Pero masarap ang bulalo steak (Php 300)! whew!

My Angkong's 90th Birthday!

The reason i went back to Manila, was to attend my Angkong's 90th birthday. It was actually pretty cool, since at one dinner party, i met with all my relatives - cousins. And you guys know how i have close family ties right, am pretty close with my 20 over cousins, may mga mas close nga lang ako kaysa sa iba. You can't please everyone. HAHA!

Anyway, the party was awesome, was able to hug and make kwento and updates kumbaga. Milli aka Bespwet is Marj's sister, she's a year older than I am but we grew up together like siblings - so it ws fun to be able to see her, and know whats been happening and what will happen. HAHA!


i dont know if we are complete in this picture. but somehow this was the theme of that night.


here is a picture with tita bot, who told me na parang ang tagal ko na nawala pero 3 months lang pala. i know she super missed me.. they missed (aggie and her) our late night kwentuhans. they said bumalik na daw ako.. why not?! and we are also planning to go to MACAU sometime.


i'm with the LIM girls.. dyan, achi ice, tristel, and aggie, my sister. funny story, i never informed dyan that ill be working in SG, and when she first went to our house, she was looking for me daw. nung nalaman niya daw niya na nandito na ako, nalungkot daw siya. :(

My Friends PART 3.1 :)

Okay, this maybe last post will showcase my pictures when I was back in Manila with friends. I met a lot, but haven't met all of them. Haven't seen Lilli, Gilda, King, Mye, etc. Sayang, next time pag-uwe ko, i have more time to spend with you guys. Sorry also to Bon, cause di na talaga ako ginanahan lumabas ng monday night, stayed at home and felt weird about leaving, nagkaroon ata ako ng emotional turmoil that night. But moving forward... But since i met a lot, i'll be posting my saturday with friends first.

I truly enjoyed my stay 4 day stay in Manila, it was one of the best, and i never truly enjoyed driving until the past few days. I never enjoyed being stuck in traffic, going around Taguig, Quezon City, Makati, Tagaytay. Never appreciated how good food can be better with laughter, family and friends beside you, just chatting.

All i can say is that i truly feel blessed for having these people around me. It's harder for me to leave Manila, knowing what I'll be missing..

MANILA TRIP Part 1

As i have said, a good moment would compromise of good food, good friends, good chismis/kwentuhan, and be surrounded by family and friends, basically the people you love. And i had all of that when i returned to Manila the past few days, the only thing missing is time. But i am not complaining.

For this part, FOOD will be the feature. I love food, and all my friends know that, so it was definitely food trip for me once I was back home.

ABABU was a new discovery for me. Thanks to Ching and Paulo, i had so much fun there. Kain sa kanto but i definitely worth, at tuwang-tuwa si Julia dahil cheap and cheerful ang dating. Kaya buy and take out pa.

I went to the hospital early this morning to visit ahya ichi(cousin), he was operated yesterday, they took out his appendix. Thank God, everything is fine and nothing serious happened.. and one more thing, that achi mich's mom and brother is here, so there would be someone to watch over the little boy. well, i missed little boy a lot, i havent been seeing much of him lately because of freaking work. but nevermind, we bonded by going to the grocery earlier and we bought his superman cup. then i demanded him to hug nong-nong.. then he hugged and kissed me. such a cutie.

anyway, after leaving the hospital, i went straight to orchard to buy all the bilin's to me. and i still haven't completed my list, maybe next week, i can finish all na. just chocolates, those are all i need and im done and over with, and to buy tita bot a gift pa pala. ho-hum. i guess those credit card people would call home and ask why my credit card is going crazy lately.. hahaha!

after shopping, i ate late lunch in wisma at 3pm, ate shrimp dumpling, mushroom&prawn, and fish dimsum.. AND ate peanut butter toast and milk tea at toast box. ahhhh. toast box serves kaya with butter and bread. love em, anyway, i ate there 2 weeks ago and went back again. i also bought kaya jam to bring back home to manila, one bottle at S$3.80 each, not bad leh. (oh my!!! whats happening to me) HAHAHA.

i dont know whats happening to me, but im dreading that saturday is ending and monday will come soon. i know it will be a busy day. arg! sa totoo lang, tinatamad na ako. i hope they call me soon. want to start anew.

just a freakin update!

well, romina is in manila now. after not showing up for 2 years after our graduation - she is really in manila. but for the reason that her dad died last sept.29, sad news. when i first recevied thsi email. i felt numb and was feeling shivers all over my body for a good 10 seconds. and all of a sudden our labindalawa yahoogroups was active once more. people emailing romina and consoling her. we all want to hug her but unfortunately 4 of us (obee, kate, mic and myself) are all out of the country na. dibale, tracy, che and monica are back in manila naman to be there for her.

funny lang cause she emailed us na.. as you all know, i am not close to my dad, so sometimes i escape the wake to go to glorietta, get a haircut, have dinner, check internet... iba ka talaga romina! wala akong masabi. at magdidinner pa kayo nila che at tracy.. pumarty na din kaya kayo! wahahaha!

para mag-ingat lang, gagawin kong tagalog ang part na ito..
hindi ko alam kung matutuwa ako sa mga nangyayari sa akin or dito sa opisinang ito. narinig ko lang na may tatanggaling isang tao ang ahensyang ito. naisip ko lang na hindi makatarungan ang gagawen nilang ito at hindi makatao. walang ginawang masama ang taong ito. kung di sila masaya sa tao, sabihin nila para makapag-improve at magbago. pero para sa akin, walang dahilan ang gagaweng aksyon na ito.

nararamdaman ko na gusto ako ng mga tao dito higit sa lahat ang mga nasa itaas. hindi sa nagmamayabang, pero nakarinig ako ng mga bagay bagay at di naman siguro magkakamali ang pakiramdam ko. may mga nagsasabi din sa akin na paborito daw ako kahit halos araw-araw ay napapagalitan ako rito. hahaha! ang nakakatawa, tuwing pagkatapos ay kinakausap ako para ipaliwanag nila kung saan sila nanggagaling.

ang konklusiyon, wala akong pakialam. basta may iba akong makita, fly na ulit. ayaw ko sayangin ang oras ko rito at maghintay sa wala.

i'm so happy that its friday already.. though i know that this weekend will pass by so fast. but i got to buy a lot of things so next week wont get too hectic for me. i want to complete my list already. im excited to do the shopping. weehee..
